What you bring

We are looking for a Senior Backend Engineer to join us on a full-time basis. You will collaborate with product leaders and designers to build our agent and broker portals using a stack that includes Kotlin, Spring Boot, PostgreSQL, and AWS. Your work will be based on-site in the United Arab Emirates, where you will focus on these core responsibilities:

• Take ownership of key technical deliverables while contributing directly to our codebase.
• Champion engineering excellence by driving best practices and ensuring our architecture remains scalable and maintainable.
• Partner with our product, design, and data teams to align on goals and deliver high-quality solutions.

Requirements

The ideal candidate possesses a strong technical background and a deep passion for solving complex engineering problems. You should have extensive experience with modern development workflows, including CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure like AWS. We value professionals who are fluent in English and bring a product-focused mindset to their work.
