Our team is currently looking for a motivated Clinical Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us expand our network of CRNAs and Anesthesiologists. About the Role
This is a full-time, remote position for a mid-level professional with at least two years of experience. You will focus on the strategic sourcing and recruitment of clinical providers for PRN, locum, and permanent roles. You will act as a brand ambassador for our organization, ensuring that every candidate has a personalized and positive experience from the first point of contact.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage robust pipelines of active and passive candidates by utilizing networking, referrals, and advanced sourcing tools.
- Cultivate long-term partnerships with universities and SRNA programs to support our ongoing recruitment initiatives.
- Execute recruitment marketing campaigns and represent our company at industry conferences, career fairs, and clinical site visits, which will require up to 25% travel.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
- Between 2 and 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 1 year specifically focused on recruiting clinical providers.
- Proven ability to manage high-volume sourcing while maintaining high attention to detail.
- Proficiency with recruiting technologies, social media platforms, and modern recruitment marketing strategies.
- A strong aptitude for building relationships and engaging passive candidates.
- The ability to travel up to 25% of the time for events and outreach.
