The role
We are looking for a Senior Agent Marketing Support Associate to join our team on a contractor basis. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere. We need an experienced professional who can take ownership of agent performance and help us scale our operations effectively.
Core responsibilities
- Lead the recruitment and screening process to ensure we only onboard top-tier talent who align with our standards.
- Oversee comprehensive training programs for staff and agents to ensure deep product knowledge and operational proficiency.
