As a rapidly expanding, fully remote organization, we are currently seeking a talented Recruiter to help us scale our operations and shape the future of our team.

Key outcomes

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for high-volume Theft Investigator roles, while also assisting with various technical and non-technical hiring needs.
• Execute global sourcing strategies to identify and engage top talent across the Philippines, India, and other international markets.
• Maintain strict discipline within our applicant tracking system by ensuring accurate data entry, timely updates, and efficient candidate scheduling.
• Perform high-quality, fast-paced initial screenings to ensure that every candidate meets our standards for excellence.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to finalize offers, confirm start dates, and ensure a high rate of offer acceptance to meet our ambitious hiring goals.
• Track pipeline conversion rates and provide weekly progress reports to the Talent Lead to ensure we remain on target.

Requirements

• At least 24 months of full-cycle recruiting experience, specifically within high-volume or metric-driven environments.
• Proven ability to source and hire talent within the Philippines, India, and other global regions.
• A strong track record of meeting high output targets, including the ability to manage significant weekly hiring quotas.
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage large pipelines without losing track of candidates.
• Hands-on experience with modern applicant tracking systems such as Greenhouse, Lever, or similar platforms.
• Fluency in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage candidates effectively.

Preferred qualifications

• Prior experience recruiting for roles in loss prevention, risk analysis, theft detection, or field operations.
• Familiarity with advanced sourcing tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter, regional job boards, and Boolean search techniques.
• Experience working within the fast-paced environment of a startup or a tech-enabled operations company.

Compensation

The salary for this contract position ranges from 15,000 to 19,000 USD. In addition to this compensation, you will enjoy the flexibility of a remote work environment.
