Frontend Engineer at Huspy

Since our founding in August 2020, Huspy has grown from a digital mortgage platform into the leading proptech company across the EMEA region. With the support of major investors like Sequoia, Balderton, Founders Fund, and Olayan, we have expanded our presence to Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Madrid, and Valencia. Our goal is to transform the real estate market by creating a comprehensive super app that provides agents and mortgage brokers with the tools they need to succeed.

What is this role?

We are looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in the United Arab Emirates. This is a senior-level position where you will play a vital role in shaping our technical direction while working in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

What will you do?

• Hands-On Engineering: You will contribute directly to our codebase, taking full ownership of key technical projects and setting a high standard for software development practices.
• Engineering Excellence: You will champion best practices to ensure our product architecture remains scalable and maintainable, while leading the implementation of high-quality technical solutions.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: You will partner closely with our Product, Design, and Data teams to ensure that our technical deliverables are perfectly aligned with our broader business goals.

• Extensive experience in a Senior Engineering role, specifically with a focus on solving complex technical challenges.

• Technical proficiency with JavaScript, React, TypeScript, and Next.js.
• Experience with modern development workflows, including CI/CD pipelines and cloud technologies, with a preference for AWS.
• Excellent communication skills in English and a collaborative attitude that helps foster an inclusive and engaging team culture.
