Senior Product Manager at Rev.com

At Rev we are looking for a Senior Product Manager to guide the next phase of our Legal product line. This full-time hybrid role centers on shaping voice capture, AI transcription, and generative AI tools that turn legal proceedings into clear, actionable information at massive scale. Rev builds the world’s most advanced automated speech recognition platform, serving more than one million users and sixty-three percent of the Fortune 500 with ninety-nine percent accurate transcripts, subtitles, and captions.

Responsibilities

• Shape and champion a clear product vision and roadmap for our Legal offerings, aligning priorities with customer needs and market opportunities.
• Spot and promote emerging AI technologies that can drive meaningful innovation within the legal sector.
• Meet regularly with customers and stakeholders to collect feedback, refine requirements, and confirm that development efforts stay focused on the highest-impact work.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, business, or a related field.
• At least five years of product management experience delivering enterprise-scale products in high-growth markets.
• Proven success creating and launching AI-enabled commercial B2B or B2B2C products specifically for the legal industry.
• Strong grasp of AI and machine learning concepts, along with the ability to balance technical execution and business results.
• Experience working with product marketing teams to shape pricing, packaging, and go-to-market materials.
• Familiarity with current trends in automated speech recognition and generative AI is a plus.
• Outstanding communication, collaboration, and project management skills that help drive decisions and growth.
• Strategic thinker who applies product management frameworks while also guiding day-to-day execution.
• Sharp analytical and problem-solving abilities.
