What you bring
We are searching for a Senior Marketing Operations Manager to join us in a full-time, remote capacity. In this role, you will report directly to our CMO and take ownership of our marketing technology stack, data integrations, and analytical insights. You will work closely with our go-to-market teams to ensure our strategies are data-driven and highly effective. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Managing our marketing technology roadmap and overseeing the integration of tools across our platforms.
- Collaborating with Revenue Operations to refine lead routing, data enrichment, and overall campaign governance.
- Developing and delivering comprehensive reporting, including marketing attribution and executive dashboards, to track our progress against key business goals.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have at least 8 years of experience in marketing or sales operations, with a minimum of 5 years focused on managing marketing automation systems. We are looking for someone who is deeply familiar with B2B account-based marketing and has extensive experience managing data across platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, and Google Analytics. You should hold a relevant bachelor's degree and possess a certification in HubSpot or a similar automation tool. We value candidates who are strong communicators, naturally curious about business operations, and committed to continuous improvement. Proficiency in English is required for this position.
What we offer
We are pleased to offer a salary range of $140,000 to $170,000 annually, depending on your experience and seniority. We believe in providing a flexible environment for our team members to thrive.
