Bringg powers delivery operations for more than 800 enterprise retailers and brands worldwide, handling over 200 million orders each year through its automated omnichannel platform. We are looking for a Senior Marketing Operations Manager to lead our marketing technology stack, reporting processes, and data integrations that support revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Own the marketing technology roadmap and continuously refine the MarTech stack and data integrations.
- Evaluate, select, and onboard new go-to-market tools while partnering with Revenue Operations on lead routing, data enrichment, and process optimization.
- Manage technology integrations for bringg.com and zenkraft.com and research emerging solutions that improve data collection and operations.
- Collaborate with Revenue Operations, Sales, and Marketing to prioritize technology and reporting needs across teams.
- Build campaign, data, and reporting processes and train marketing and sales colleagues on marketing tools and data usage.
- Monitor marketing-driven prospecting activities and create scalable processes for campaign governance, including SFDC campaign setup, UTM management, forms, email templates, and data field mappings.
- Develop executive-level reports and dashboards, deliver marketing attribution insights, and oversee Google Analytics reporting.
Must-haves
- 8+ years of Marketing or Sales Operations experience, including at least 5 years managing marketing automation systems.
- Extensive hands-on experience overseeing a marketing tech stack and integrating data across tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, LeanData, ABM platforms, ZoomInfo, and Google Analytics.
- In-depth knowledge of B2B account-based marketing platforms.
- Proven ability to turn multiple data sources into actionable insights.
- Strong communication skills with the capacity to manage timelines and stakeholder expectations.
- BA/BS degree and HubSpot (or equivalent marketing automation) certification.
- English fluency.
