Bellhop is a growth-stage startup on a mission to transform the 30 billion dollar moving and home services industry into a more reliable and enjoyable experience. We are looking for a Senior Demand Generation Manager to join our fully remote team and help us scale our impact through data-driven marketing strategies.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-channel campaigns to drive lead acquisition and grow the sales pipeline.
- Lead A/B testing strategies across all marketing channels and collaborate with product teams to optimize website conversion rates.
- Analyze and report on cross-channel performance, including paid, organic, social, email, and SMS, to provide strategic direction.
- Manage marketing lifecycle communications to increase revenue through lead activation, customer retention, and repeat business.
- Partner with the sales team to build cohesive lead nurture funnels, implement lead scoring, and align marketing automation efforts.
- Oversee core marketing and transactional communications across email, SMS, and push notifications.
- Collaborate with operations to improve supply-side communications and support mover preparedness.
Must-haves
- Extensive background in lead generation, lead nurturing, and marketing automation.
- Proven experience managing paid media budgets of 250,000 USD per month or higher.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and PowerPoint.
- Hands-on experience with cross-channel communication tools like Iterable or Braze.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce, Hubspot, or Marketo.
- Strong communication and writing skills with the ability to tailor messaging for distinct audiences.
- Ability to think strategically, challenge existing processes, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Fluency in English.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with sales communication automation tools like Dialpad.
- Understanding of SEO concepts to effectively partner with internal teams.
