The opportunity
As our Demand Generation Manager, you will shape how we attract and convert new customers while strengthening relationships with those we already serve. You will design and run multi-channel campaigns that feed our sales pipeline, optimize every touchpoint from first click to repeat booking, and work side-by-side with Product, Sales, and Operations to turn data into growth. This role sits at the center of our marketing engine, turning insights into action that directly fuels revenue and improves the mover experience on both sides of the marketplace.
A day in the life
- You review performance dashboards across paid, organic, email, and SMS channels, then meet with channel specialists to adjust budgets and creative so every dollar works harder.
- You build or refine nurture sequences and lead-scoring rules in our marketing automation platform, then partner with Sales to ensure the hottest leads receive fast, personalized follow-up.
- You launch an A/B test on a new landing page, write the accompanying email and SMS drip, and set up the reporting that will tell us whether the experiment moved the needle on conversions.
Who you are
You bring deep experience in lead generation, nurture programs, and marketing automation, with hands-on ownership of email and SMS campaigns that have driven measurable revenue. You have managed paid media budgets of at least $250K per month and can translate granular spend data into clear recommendations for senior leadership. Proficiency with tools such as Iterable or Braze, Salesforce or HubSpot, and sales-automation platforms like Dialpad is essential, as is comfort creating and A/B testing landing pages and conversion assets. You understand core SEO principles, write with a distinct voice for different audiences, and thrive when juggling multiple projects with tight deadlines. Strong analytical skills in Google Sheets or Excel, clear communication, and a proactive mindset for testing and process improvement round out your profile. Fluency in English is required.
