Role at a glance

We are hiring a Mid-Level RF and Microwave Design Engineer for a full-time, on-site position in the United States. This role is perfect for an engineer with 2 to 6 years of experience who is eager to take on complex design challenges and contribute to our ongoing success.

Your impact

• Collaborate with an integrated product team to assist in product development, with the goal of leading the design of high-performance RF circuitry within your first year.
• Draft system and sub-system requirements for RF and microwave systems, eventually gaining the ability to derive these requirements independently.
• Contribute to our technical documentation by writing proposals, status reports, and whitepapers to support our engineering initiatives.

What you'll need

To be successful in this role, you should have a solid foundation in electrical engineering and a drive for continuous improvement. We require the following qualifications:

• An Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Engineering Technology, or a related field.
• 2 to 6 years of hands-on experience in RF design.
• Technical proficiency with RF and microwave circuits, including power amplifiers up to C-Band, upconverters, downconverters, filters, and low noise amplifiers.
• Strong technical writing skills to effectively communicate complex concepts.
• Fluency in English.
• U.S. Citizenship is a mandatory requirement for this position.
