Product Manager at HopSkipDrive

We provide innovative, supplemental school transportation solutions that help over 600 school districts, nonprofits, and families ensure that children get where they need to go safely and reliably. As a rapidly growing company that has raised $100 million in funding and operates across 13 states, we are looking for a dedicated Product Manager to join our team and help us continue to bridge the gaps in educational access.

What you'll be doing

• You will take ownership of your specific area of focus, acting as the primary product lead to drive strategic initiatives and develop new capabilities.
• You will conduct deep market and user research to uncover actionable insights, which you will then use to collaborate with leadership on building a clear product roadmap.
• You will partner closely with designers and engineers to translate your ideas into high-quality user stories, wireframes, and technical specifications, ensuring that every feature is delivered with excellence.

What you'll bring

• You have at least 3 years of experience in product management, specifically working with customer-facing web and mobile applications.
• You possess a strong eye for product design and the technical acumen required to communicate effectively with engineering teams.
• You are highly skilled in data analysis and user research, with a proven track record of delivering impactful projects in fast-paced environments.
• You are fluent in English and have a hands-on, outcome-oriented mindset.
• Experience with two-sided marketplaces, UX design, or software development is considered a significant plus.

What you'll get
