What you'll be doing
- Manage the operational logistics for events and conferences, including vendor coordination, swag inventory, and shipping.
- Create and deploy weekly marketing emails for our B2B and B2C audiences using platforms like Hubspot and Iterable.
- Support our demand generation efforts by assisting with campaign execution, performance reporting, and content scheduling across social channels.
What you'll bring
To be successful in this role, you should possess a solid foundation in marketing or communications and a passion for organized, high-impact work. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- One to three years of experience working in a dynamic, fast-paced marketing or PR environment.
- Strong project management skills combined with a relentless attention to detail.
- A proactive, reflexive approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Familiarity with tools like Hubspot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus, though we are happy to provide training.
