What you'll be doing
- You will configure and optimize Salesforce and other essential GTM tools, such as CPQ and marketing automation platforms, to ensure your systems operate with maximum efficiency.
- You will design and implement automated workflows that eliminate manual tasks and utilize AI-powered tools to improve prospecting, forecasting, and outreach.
- You will partner with our Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to identify operational bottlenecks, translate their needs into technical designs, and build scalable solutions that drive revenue.
What you'll bring
To succeed in this role, you should possess a strong background in GTM and Revenue Operations, along with the following technical qualifications:
- Proficiency in Python and JavaScript for scripting, coding, and building custom integrations.
- Extensive experience working with APIs, webhooks, and automation platforms.
- Deep technical expertise in managing Salesforce and sales engagement platforms.
- A strong grasp of data analysis and BI tools, such as SQL, Snowflake, or Tableau.
- Applied knowledge of AI tools, including the ability to design scoring models that prioritize accounts based on CRM and product usage data.
- Fluency in English and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
What you'll get
