Since our founding in 2018, we have successfully brought our personal care brands, Lumin and Meridian, to 50 different countries. With over 50 team members and backing from Eurazeo Brands, we are dedicated to fostering a culture of passion, innovation, and mutual support. We are currently looking for a Product Development Manager to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. In this role, you will own the lifecycle of our products, guiding them from initial concept through to final delivery while collaborating with our global team to create impactful self-care solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end product development process for new launches and reformulations, ensuring every project stays on schedule and within budget.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends and competitive opportunities that inform our long-term product strategy.
- Collaborate across departments, including operations and creative teams, to translate innovative ideas into high-quality consumer products.
Requirements
- Proven experience in product development and project management, ideally within a fast-paced startup or e-commerce environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform strategic planning and cross-functional collaboration.
- A deep understanding of market trends within the beauty, grooming, or wellness sectors.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously with a high level of accountability.
- Fluency in English.
What we offer
