We are looking for a talented Product Designer or Senior Product Designer to join our team and help us craft world-class experiences for our global community.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with our product, engineering, and design teams to lead the design process for both new features and existing functionality.
• Guide design discussions on complex projects, taking ideas from initial discovery through to iterative releases.
• Manage a broad range of design tasks, covering UX, UI, and visual design.
• Maintain and enhance our internal design system, Radius.
• Actively seek feedback from cross-functional partners to ensure we are delivering the best possible user experience.
• Conduct customer interviews and analyze how our features perform in the real world.
• Use a balance of data and intuition to inform your design decisions, ensuring your process is transparent and well-documented.

Must-haves

• Proven experience as a product designer, ideally within the SaaS space, with a portfolio of shipped work that highlights your attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to lead design conversations with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in visual design and prototyping user flows using Figma.
• Experience working on both greenfield concepts and legacy software functionality.
• A solid grasp of UX best practices and the confidence to challenge industry standards.
• Experience building or maintaining design systems and pattern libraries.
• A self-starting mindset with the ability to handle various design responsibilities, from interaction design to research.
• A proactive approach to seeking and incorporating feedback.
• A positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a desire to contribute to a mission-driven company.

Benefits

The salary range for this position is $110,000 to $150,000 USD.
