About the Role
We are hiring a Senior Performance Analyst for a Full Time position. In this role, you will serve as a vital member of our team by transforming raw data into actionable insights. You will be responsible for refining our key performance indicators, analyzing complex metrics, and ensuring that our decision-making processes are grounded in accurate, high-quality data.
Key Responsibilities
- Write, optimize, and troubleshoot SQL queries to effectively extract and manipulate data for performance tracking.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive dashboards and reports using tools such as Tableau or Google Sheets to visualize business trends.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify data needs, resolve integrity issues, and propose data-driven solutions to improve operational efficiency.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- At least 3 years of professional experience in data analysis or a related performance-focused field.
- Strong technical proficiency in SQL, including query optimization and database troubleshooting.
- Experience building and managing performance metrics and KPIs.
- Familiarity with data visualization and reporting tools like Tableau or Google Sheets.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical findings to non-technical team members.
- A detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
