Role at a glance
We are searching for a Senior Performance Data Analyst to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a remote position available to candidates anywhere, provided you meet our technical infrastructure requirements. You will work a set schedule from 8 AM to 4 PM Pacific Standard Time.
Your impact
- Take ownership of our data by writing, optimizing, and troubleshooting complex SQL queries to extract the information we need to drive performance.
- Design and manage high-level dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau and Google Sheets to keep our stakeholders informed.
- Collaborate across the company to define key performance indicators and translate raw metrics into strategic recommendations that improve our business outcomes.
What you'll need
To thrive in this role, you should have at least 3 years of experience in data analysis. We are looking for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of explaining technical findings to non-technical team members. You must be proficient in SQL and have a strong grasp of data visualization and database structures. Because this is a remote role, you must have a reliable home office setup, including a high-performance computer with at least 16GB of RAM, a noise-canceling headset, a stable wired internet connection of at least 20 Mbps, and a backup power and internet solution.
