The role
We are seeking a Senior Account Executive to join our expanding outbound sales team on a full-time basis. This is a remote position available to candidates located anywhere. We are looking for a natural salesperson who thrives in a collaborative, high-energy environment and wants to build a career within a rapidly scaling organization. You will have the autonomy to drive your own success while receiving mentorship and support from our executive leadership team.
Core responsibilities
- Identify and engage prospective clients to expand our market reach.
- Conduct compelling product demonstrations that showcase the value of our technology platform.
- Negotiate terms and present persuasive business cases to successfully close new client partnerships.
Skills and experience
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- At least 3 years of professional experience in B2B software sales or the real estate industry.
- Proficiency in navigating and managing data within CRM platforms.
- A proven track record of high achievement and a competitive, closer mentality.
- Strong presentation skills and the ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
- A genuine desire to solve customer problems through active listening and quick, strategic thinking.
- High energy, integrity, and a strong work ethic.
Compensation and benefits
We offer a guaranteed base salary of $60,000, with the total earning potential reaching between $125,000 and $150,000 per year through our performance-based commission plan. Our benefits package includes:
