Seer is a remote first agency and Certified B-Corp with team members working across the country. If an office environment is more your style, this position can also sit in Philadelphia or San Diego.

You have a track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness and generate new business opportunities. Your content speaks for itself, drawing in audiences who willingly exchange their contact information because they recognize the immediate and evident value you provide.

You thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving industry, adept at taking marketing ideas from inception through to execution and optimization, always with a keen eye toward amplifying what works. Opposed to traditional gating methods, you see such barriers as unnecessary friction and are proficient in using ungated content to forge meaningful connections. We're looking for someone with some specific content skills. Our CEO, Wil Reynolds has been managing our content for the past few months, and you'll be working closely with him so he can pass the baton to you. Your Compensation and Benefits will look like...

$75,000-90,000/annually. Your final offered compensation will be determined by your skills and experience

Here are some highlights of what you’ll be doing…

You will work closely with our Founder and CEO, Wil Reynolds, to develop and execute our value driven, non-gated content marketing strategy, supporting our company objectives to generate brand awareness, engagement and ultimately leads. Learn more about Wil: LinkedIn | Twitter | Seer Bio

You will oversee and work with all written, blog, and social channels to drive value including: social media, email/newsletter, SEO, webinars, website/blog

You’ll utilize HubSpot to its fullest potential, managing and optimizing our marketing automation, email marketing and analytics to execute, track & optimize content

You exhibit a strong test-and-learn mindset and demonstrate experience in hypothesis testing

You will consistently monitor and analyze content performance metrics to continually refine and improve our content strategy, identifying which content to amplify across channels to drive maximum impact for our agency

You will partner closely with Seer’s creative team on website optimizations, including content updates and new page launches

You will partner with external partners, divisional leadership and team members across the organization to publish blog posts, amplify content and support marketing efforts such as webinars

You will own reporting for Seer’s content marketing efforts, having an opportunity to collaborate with agency leadership on a consistent basis

You will partner closely with our SDR and Business Development teams, partnering on marketing and sales strategies to drive qualified leads

You'll take a data-driven and dynamic approach to your work. You'll pivot your approach, as you glean new insights from your A|B Testing and reporting

The skills you’ll bring to the table…

Hubspot CMS, GA4, analytics and reporting - (you’re a little obsessed with website performance!)

Strong expertise in analyzing engagement data from social media platforms such as LinkedIn, YouTube, X, and TikTok

You excel at working in a fast-paced agency environment and are able to produce engaging content from an industry-leading, and highly sought, agency Founder with a tight schedule

You have exceptional project management skills with a keen ability to multitask and prioritize initiatives from multiple team members in the organization

You have experience owning and executing email marketing campaigns & newsletters

You pride yourself on your excellent writing and communication skills with a keen eye for detail

You have experience working closely with sales teams and you can speak their language and get them to understand yours

You are data-obsessed: utilizing data-driven insights at every turn to measure the effectiveness of campaigns, iterate, and make recommendations

You’ve dabbled in the industry’s newest tools and resources including Jasper, ChatGPT, Gemini and GA4 to conduct research and create and promote content, and are eager to embrace these tools for Seer

Established Value-Driven Content Strategy: Successfully developed and began execution of a comprehensive, non-gated content marketing strategy in alignment with Seer’s philosophy

Optimized Hubspot Analytics: Demonstrated proficiency in using HubSpot to manage marketing automation, email marketing, and analytics, showing tangible improvements in campaign performance metrics and increased lead generation effectiveness through data-driven optimizations

Quantifiable Impact on Engagement and Leads: Delivered measurable increases in audience engagement and lead generation by utilizing engagement data to refine content offerings and strategies, proving the effectiveness of the ungated content approach
