Role at a glance
We’re hiring a Associate Director, Corporate Marketing on a Full Time basis at the Senior level. The role is fully remote and open to candidates located anywhere.
Your impact
- Own Seer’s annual marketing strategy and plan, setting measurable goals that drive MQLs and fuel new-business growth.
- Lead brand storytelling across our website, content, email, social, and events-ensuring every touchpoint reflects our values and converts.
- Partner with Sales and cross-functional teams to align campaigns, optimize HubSpot workflows, and turn data into repeatable pipeline wins.
What you'll need
You bring senior-level expertise in B2B marketing within a digital agency or tech-enabled consultancy, plus a track record of generating quality MQLs through both evergreen and campaign tactics. You’re fluent in HubSpot CMS, analytics, and automation, comfortable with GA4, and experienced in ABM programs that involve SDR collaboration. You’ve built and executed holistic strategies that elevate brand positioning while managing social channels like LinkedIn, YouTube, X, and TikTok. Hands-on with AI tools such as ChatGPT and Zapier, you use data to test, learn, and iterate quickly. Leadership comes naturally: you’ve mentored teams, set performance metrics, and presented at industry events. Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, humble mindset round out your profile. All work is conducted in English.
Perks and compensation
We offer a salary range of $100,000–$150,000 per year, with compensation reviews at least annually.
