The role

We are looking for a student to join our team as a Marketing Intern. This is an on-site, entry-level internship designed to provide you with hands-on experience in a professional environment. We understand that your education is your top priority, so we offer a flexible schedule to ensure we can accommodate your academic commitments. You will need to be available to work in our office for a minimum of 10 to 15 hours per week.

Core responsibilities

• Support our Vice President of Marketing and the broader sales organization by assisting with daily marketing operations and the production of promotional materials.
• Manage and update marketing documentation, databases, and online content, including social media posts, website updates, and entries in our CRM system.
• Coordinate various marketing events and exhibitions, which includes tasks like booking venues, ordering necessary materials, and gathering data to analyze campaign effectiveness.

Skills and experience

To succeed in this role, you should have a solid grasp of marketing principles and a desire to learn about different promotional channels. We value candidates who possess the following qualifications:

• Current pursuit of a marketing degree is preferred but not required.
• Strong administrative and organizational skills, paired with the ability to manage projects effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe InDesign, and Adobe PhotoShop.
• Excellent communication and copywriting abilities, along with the capacity to analyze data sets to measure performance.
• A personable and articulate demeanor.
