Role at a glance
We are searching for a Marketing & Communications Director to join us in a full-time, senior-level capacity. This is a hybrid position that offers flexibility, and we are open to candidates working from anywhere. You will report directly to the Chief Business Officer, serving as the strategic engine behind our marketing initiatives across our entire portfolio of brands.
Your impact
- Lead our strategy: You will develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans for the GXG portfolio, ensuring our brand messaging remains consistent, compelling, and effective across all channels.
- Drive team excellence: You will provide guidance and support to our marketing managers, overseeing their daily activities and ensuring our campaigns hit their marks.
- Build industry influence: You will manage our public relations and thought leadership efforts, securing speaking engagements, press coverage, and award recognition while maintaining strong relationships with key industry media.
What you'll need
To thrive in this role, you should have at least 7 years of experience in senior marketing roles, ideally within an agency environment. We are looking for someone who understands the nuances of B2B marketing and has a deep fascination with the cultural forces that move audiences.
- Expertise: A strong background in SEO, email marketing, content management, and social media strategy.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal skills, with a talent for crafting high-quality content that resonates with our audience.
- Leadership: Proven ability to manage teams, collaborate across departments, and solve complex problems in a fast-paced environment.
- Language: Fluency in English.
