Our team of strategists, creatives, and producers is currently looking for a passionate individual to join our internal Marketing and Communications department as we grow our influence across our family of brands.
What is this role?
We are seeking a Senior Coordinator, Marketing & Communications to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a mid-level position that offers a hybrid work environment, with the flexibility to work from anywhere. You will report directly to our Marketing & Communications Director and play a vital role in shaping the voice of NVE and our sister companies, including COGNITION, Treehouse Fabrication & Scenic, and The Future Party.
What will you do?
- Manage our social media presence across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok while executing our broader content strategy.
- Coordinate our agency award submission process by drafting compelling copy and maintaining our awards calendar.
- Oversee project management for various marketing initiatives, including the development of case studies, newsletters, and website content.
What makes you a great fit?
To succeed in this role, you should have 2 to 3 years of experience in marketing, social media, or public relations, preferably within an agency setting. You are a strong, persuasive writer who is comfortable crafting content for diverse mediums. We are looking for someone who is highly organized, process-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. You should be proficient in Microsoft Office and G-Suite, and you must be fluent in English. Beyond your technical skills, we value your optimism, your curiosity about cultural trends, and your ability to collaborate effectively with a team.
