Our mission is to provide the most comprehensive database of primary and market information, helping our clients navigate complex questions and make high-stakes decisions with confidence. We are a team that thrives on innovation, and we are currently looking for a creative, strategic thinker to help us shape the future of our research platform.
The opportunity
We are searching for a Lead Product Designer to join our team in a full-time, hybrid capacity within the United States. In this senior-level role, you will be the driving force behind the intuitive experiences that define our platform. You will work closely with our product and engineering teams to harness the power of AI and advanced data management, transforming how our customers interact with financial documents and research data. Your work will directly reduce manual, tedious tasks for our users, replacing them with seamless, cutting-edge digital experiences.
A day in the life
- You will lead the design process by creating high-quality, cohesive user experience proposals that address both specific customer needs and broader business objectives.
- You will conduct deep-dive customer research to validate usability, while simultaneously mentoring other designers to set new standards for our internal design language and system.
- You will partner with cross-functional stakeholders to map out new opportunities, establish clear frameworks for content design, and interpret feature adoption metrics to iterate on our product roadmap.
Who you are
You are a seasoned designer with at least five years of experience in digital product design. You have a passion for solving complex problems and a track record of success in the following areas:
- You are an expert in developing user types, mental models, and actionable task flows that align teams on a clear vision.
- You possess the ability to craft flexible, user-friendly navigation for platforms that house extensive and complex content.
- You are a compelling storyteller who can communicate design paradigms effectively to both customers and internal partners.
- You have a strategic mindset, allowing you to contribute to opportunity mapping while remaining adaptable and resilient in a fast-paced environment.
Why you'll love it here
We believe in supporting our team members both inside and outside of the office. Our culture is built on transparency, performance, and growth, and we offer a robust benefits package to ensure you are well taken care of:
- Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance plans.
- A 401k plan with an employer match.
