We are currently looking for a talented professional to join our IT team and help us protect the systems, devices, and workflows that keep our media company running. What is this role?
We are seeking a Senior IT Security Specialist to join us on a full-time, remote basis. This is a high-impact position for an experienced practitioner who is ready to own key areas of our corporate security environment. You will be instrumental in embedding security into our technology decisions, from the initial procurement phase all the way through to continuous monitoring and improvement.
What will you do?
- Take ownership of our macOS fleet security, including managing Jamf, overseeing compliance, and leading malware response efforts.
- Manage our identity and access systems via Okta, which includes handling authentication, SSO, and the lifecycle processes for our team members.
- Develop and maintain security configurations for our SaaS applications and core services while providing guidance on AI security policies and human-centric training programs.
What makes you a great fit?
You are a seasoned professional with a strong background in IT security and systems administration. You have hands-on experience working with macOS, Jamf, CrowdStrike, Okta, and Google Workspace. Beyond your technical expertise, you understand how to evaluate risk within modern, browser-based workflows and have a passion for building security awareness programs that actually resonate with users. You are comfortable communicating in English and are eager to work in an environment that embraces AI as a core part of our daily productivity.
What's in it for you?
