The opportunity

In this full-time role, you will become a key contributor to the evolution of our internal HR platform. You will be responsible for maintaining, modernizing, and expanding the functionality of this critical enterprise system. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys diving into complex logic, refining existing architectures, and helping us transition legacy components toward a modern .NET stack. Whether you are working remotely or from our office, you will be an essential part of a collaborative environment where your technical expertise directly impacts our operational success.

A day in the life

• You will analyze and refine existing code, XML configurations, and XSLT transformations to ensure our internal HR systems run smoothly and efficiently.
• You will collaborate directly with business stakeholders to translate their needs into clear technical specifications and actionable development tasks.
• You will diagnose and resolve complex issues across the application, database, and IIS layers while actively participating in the modernization of our infrastructure.

Who you are

We are looking for a mid-level developer with at least 2 years of commercial experience in building enterprise-grade solutions. You should be comfortable navigating existing codebases and possess a strong foundation in the following areas:

• Technical Proficiency: Deep knowledge of C#, the .NET Framework, and object-oriented programming principles.
• Web & Data: Experience with ASP.NET Web Forms, SQL, and ORM tools such as NHibernate or Entity Framework.
• Integration & Tools: Familiarity with REST APIs, XML/XSLT, Git, and Jira for project management.
• Communication: You are fluent in English and Ukrainian, with the ability to bridge the gap between technical requirements and business goals.
• Education: A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
