- You will lead threat modeling efforts to identify and mitigate risks related to cloud vulnerabilities, adversarial inputs, and emerging attack vectors within our Azure-hosted infrastructure.
What you'll bring
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in security engineering and a passion for emerging technologies. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- At least 8 years of experience in security engineering, secure SDLC, threat modeling, and Azure cloud security.
- Deep expertise in Azure security, including Microsoft Entra ID, defense-in-depth, and zero-trust architecture.
- Hands-on experience with Python and Terraform, as well as security tooling like Microsoft Defender and Azure Monitor.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate complex security risks into actionable strategies for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- A preference for candidates with a Master's degree, experience in the financial services sector, or industry certifications such as CISSP.
What you'll get
We offer a competitive compensation package and a supportive environment where your growth is a priority. The targeted starting salary for this position ranges from $135,000 to $178,000, depending on your geography and experience.
In addition to your salary, you will receive:
- Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance.
- Life and disability insurance coverage.
- Paid time off, including vacation, sick leave, and 11 company-paid holidays.
- A 401k plan with up to a 4% match.
