Role at a glance
We are seeking a Director of IT Engineering to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. This is a senior-level position designed for a hands-on leader who is ready to shape our corporate technology strategy from anywhere in the world. You will be instrumental in building durable engineering practices and mentoring our team as we scale.
Your impact
- Lead and grow the IT Engineering team by acting as a hands-on player-coach who actively pairs with team members and unblocks technical challenges.
- Own the strategy and roadmap for our corporate technology stack, including identity management, productivity tools, and SaaS procurement.
- Champion the adoption of infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD, and AI-driven automation to reduce manual toil and improve operational efficiency.
What you'll need
- 10–15 years of experience across IT, systems administration, DevOps, or corporate engineering.
- Deep, hands-on expertise with Okta configuration and management.
- Proven experience building IT as code using tools like Terraform and GitOps workflows.
- Strong proficiency in Google Workspace and a track record of using data-driven insights to solve root-cause issues.
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to partner closely with InfoSec leadership on identity and compliance.
- Excellent communication skills to bridge the gap between technical execution and business stakeholder needs.
