IT Operations Specialist at Freshpaint

What you'll be doing

• Manage the end-to-end process for employee onboarding and offboarding to ensure all accounts and hardware are provisioned or secured accurately and on time.
• Provide high-quality technical support to your colleagues, troubleshooting hardware, software, and access issues while maintaining clear documentation.
• Oversee access management and compliance operations, including handling RBAC rollouts, performing access reviews, and assisting with audit evidence collection.

What you'll bring

We are looking for someone with at least two years of experience in IT support or operations who is comfortable working in a remote environment. You should be fluent in English and possess the following qualifications:

• Proven experience in managing IT support, including device provisioning, software installation, and endpoint management.
• A strong background in administering internal systems, specifically Google Workspace and identity or access management platforms.
• A service-oriented mindset with the ability to turn recurring technical issues into improved workflows, runbooks, and documentation.
• Familiarity with security and compliance standards, as well as the ability to exercise strong judgment when handling sensitive access requests.
