We are currently looking for a passionate Senior iOS Developer to join our remote software engineering team and help us build technology that makes meaningful human interaction possible, no matter where our users are located.
The opportunity
As a key member of our engineering department, you will play a vital role in designing and implementing scalable mobile solutions that power our products. You will work in a highly collaborative environment alongside product managers, designers, and quality assurance analysts to ensure our software delivers real value to our customers. This is a full-time position where you will take ownership of technical delivery and help us maintain the high standards of quality that define our brand.
A day in the life
- You will partner with cross-functional teams to research, design, and deploy new product features, ensuring that business requirements are translated into effective technical solutions.
- You will act as a subject matter expert for your specific system components, proactively monitoring performance and identifying areas for improvement.
- You will maintain a high-quality codebase by refactoring for maintainability and writing comprehensive automated unit, integration, and UI tests.
Who you are
You are a seasoned engineer who thrives on solving complex problems and collaborating with others. You bring a deep understanding of mobile development and are ready to take on a leadership role within our team. Your background includes the following:
- A degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- More than 5 years of professional experience in mobile application development, with at least 3 years specifically focused on iOS and Swift.
- A strong grasp of system design and experience working within Scrum or Agile environments.
- Excellent communication skills in English and a meticulous attention to detail.
- Prior experience in technical leadership is preferred, and any background in backend API development is considered a significant bonus.
