The role

We are looking for a Senior AI Engineering Contractor to join our team on a remote basis. This is a hands-on position for someone who thrives on technical challenges and wants to see their work deployed to real users. Because we are a lean team, you will have the opportunity to take on significant responsibility, potentially expanding your role into broader areas of product quality and system design as we grow.

Core responsibilities

• Design and refine prompts specifically for classification and extraction tasks to improve model performance.
• Execute structured evaluation cycles, including rigorous accuracy testing, error analysis, and iterative improvements.
• Develop and maintain high-quality datasets for testing and validation to ensure our system remains robust.

Skills and experience

To succeed in this role, you should have a strong background in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. We rely heavily on Python for our scripting, testing, and scoring processes. You should be comfortable working with Data Analysis to interpret logs and structured results from SQLite databases. Experience working within iOS simulation environments is essential, as you will be validating how our system behaves under real-world mobile constraints. Proficiency in English is required for clear documentation and team collaboration.
