What is this role?
We are looking for a Business Development Representative to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. This is a junior-level position perfect for someone looking to grow their career within the SaaS industry. You will report directly to our VP of Growth Marketing and work closely with our sales and marketing departments to help expand our presence in the SMB and Mid-Market sectors.
What will you do?
- Prospecting and Research: You will actively identify new business opportunities by researching prospective accounts and crafting personalized outreach strategies to engage potential customers.
- Lead Qualification: You will serve as the first point of contact for new leads, qualifying them and scheduling introductory meetings with key stakeholders to keep our sales pipeline moving.
- Strategic Collaboration: You will partner with our sales and marketing teams to refine our lead flow processes and ensure that our outreach aligns with our broader business goals and methodologies.

To succeed in this role, you should be a proactive communicator with a strong sense of organization. We are looking for someone who brings the following qualities to the table:
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is mandatory for this role, as you will be communicating with stakeholders and clients.
- Professional Experience: You have at least 1 to 2 years of experience in prospecting, ideally focused on the USA market.
- Industry Knowledge: A background in SaaS, specifically within the UCaaS or CCaaS space, is highly beneficial.
- Soft Skills: You possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and have a proven ability to build and nurture professional relationships.
- Education: A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
