What you bring

As a Senior Product Manager working in a remote capacity, you will report directly to our CTO. You will take full ownership of our product lines, including our mobile field app, customer web portals, and enterprise APIs. This full-time role is focused on discovery, outcome accountability, and cross-functional leadership rather than simple backlog maintenance. Your primary responsibilities include:

• Owning the end-to-end lifecycle of your product area, including strategy, roadmap development, and business outcome accountability.
• Conducting deep-dive discovery by working directly with field process servers, operations teams, and enterprise customers to identify high-value opportunities.
• Managing the release process and quality assurance for your products, ensuring that every launch meets our rigorous standards for legal compliance and operational efficiency.

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with 4 to 7 years of product management experience, specifically someone who has successfully managed products across multiple technical surfaces like mobile and web. You should be comfortable working in a scaled agile environment, such as SAFe, and possess a strong track record of turning user insights into shipped software. We value individuals who can handle data independently, write clear requirements, and navigate complex regulatory environments. While a background in legal tech is helpful, it is not required. We prioritize candidates who have demonstrated the ability to influence cross-functional teams and who possess a clear point of view on the responsible application of AI in production environments. Excellent English communication skills are essential for this role.
