We are Ordergroove, and we are on a mission to transform commerce by prioritizing long-term relationships over simple transactions. Since 2010, our remote-first team has built a platform that powers recurring experiences for major brands like L’Oréal and PetSmart, and we are looking for a Principal Product Manager to help us shape the future of relationship commerce.
Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of our Merchant Growth pillar, leading high-stakes initiatives across onboarding, incentives, and daily workflows.
- Integrate AI as a foundational capability to automate complex workflows and drive personalized subscriber experiences.
- Collaborate with Design and Engineering to deliver best-in-class, intuitive merchant-facing workflows.
- Act as a senior product voice with regular exposure to our leadership team, influencing strategy and prioritization across the organization.
- Define and communicate a clear, long-term product vision that aligns with our company goals and customer needs.
- Partner with cross-functional teams, including Data, GTM, and Operations, to ensure our solutions drive measurable retention and revenue.
- Ground all product decisions in deep customer research and data-driven insights.
- Own the full product lifecycle from initial discovery through to launch and iterative improvement.
Must-haves
- 8+ years of product management experience, specifically within SaaS, ecommerce, or subscription-based businesses.
- Proven success in owning strategy and delivering impact at scale on complex, technical product surfaces.
- Hands-on experience shipping AI or machine learning features, such as intelligent automation or LLM-powered tools, into production.
- Strong customer empathy and the ability to balance qualitative insights with quantitative data.
- Excellent communication skills with a track record of leading through influence across both technical and non-technical teams.
- Experience managing product strategy across multiple workstreams.
- Deep familiarity with Agile development practices and experimentation frameworks.
- Fluency in English.
Nice-to-haves
- Direct experience working within D2C ecommerce or subscription brands.
- Prior experience partnering closely with applied AI or machine learning engineering teams.
