We are looking for a passionate QA Engineer to help us ensure our platform remains seamless and reliable for the pets and families who depend on us.
Role at a glance
This is a full-time, mid-level position requiring at least two years of experience. You will work in a remote capacity from anywhere, reporting directly to our Director of Quality Assurance to maintain the high standards of our virtual care platform.
Your impact
- Collaborate across engineering, product, and customer support teams to ensure consistent quality and performance across all our applications.
- Take ownership of the testing lifecycle by planning, prioritizing, and coordinating manual, API, and automated testing activities.
- Identify, document, and track bugs while performing regression testing to ensure our deployments remain smooth and effective.
What you'll need
- At least 24 months of professional experience in a QA capacity.
- Hands-on proficiency with automated testing, API testing, and modern AI tools.
- A solid understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Experience working with various browsers, mobile platforms, and operating systems.
- Strong communication skills in English and the ability to write comprehensive test plans.
- Bonus points if you have experience with SQL, Postgres, or performance and security testing.
