We are currently looking for a Senior Golang Software Engineer to join our team on a contract basis and help us create solutions that deliver lasting value.
What you bring
In this role, you will work within a client team to design and build scalable, resilient architectures. We are looking for someone who is passionate about engineering and eager to tackle complex problems in a fast-paced environment. This position is remote, specifically for candidates based in the EU within the GMT timezone. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Designing and maintaining high-performance backend services and APIs.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement robust, fault-tolerant systems.
- Applying modern deployment practices and testing strategies to ensure high-quality software delivery.
Requirements
We are looking for an experienced engineer who is comfortable working in cloud environments like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. You should have a strong background in Go and a solid understanding of distributed systems, Docker, and Kubernetes. We value candidates who practice Test-Driven Development and are comfortable using AI tools to augment their workflow. Beyond technical expertise, you should be a proactive communicator who can explain complex concepts to business stakeholders. We look for individuals who are detail-oriented, analytical, and committed to fostering a collaborative, ethical, and inclusive work environment. Proficiency in English is required for this role.
