Our platform offers a wide range of features, including desk and room booking, visitor management, and detailed utilization analytics. We are now looking for a dedicated Head of Growth Marketing to join our team in the United States and help us drive our next phase of expansion.
Key outcomes
- Plan and execute high-impact performance marketing campaigns to attract quality leads.
- Manage top-of-funnel initiatives, including search engine optimization and quarterly content strategies.
- Build roadmaps and processes that optimize the product experience to increase trial sign-ups, engagement, and revenue.
- Foster a culture of continuous testing to refine our messaging, targeting, and conversion rates.
- Develop paid channel relationships and co-marketing partnerships to ensure efficient, unified growth.
- Work closely with the sales team to refine lead scoring, qualification processes, and intent insights.
- Oversee marketing budgets and forecasts to ensure resources are allocated effectively.
- Manage our marketing technology stack and operations to support personalized outreach.
- Collaborate on product-led growth initiatives to improve the conversion of free trials into paying customers.
Requirements
- At least 6 to 8 years of experience in digital marketing, B2B demand generation, or a related discipline.
- A strong technical and analytical mindset focused on achieving measurable results.
- Proven leadership ability with a track record of motivating cross-functional teams.
- The capacity to quickly master new digital platforms and marketing technologies.
- A proactive, decisive approach to problem-solving within a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English.
