We are looking for a Product UX Designer to join our remote team and help shape the future of Skedda, a global leader in workplace management. Our platform helps over 7,000 organizations, including major names like IBM and Siemens, manage desk and room reservations through intuitive scheduling, floor plan visualizations, and detailed analytics.
Responsibilities
- Work alongside our Product and Engineering teams throughout the entire development lifecycle.
- Lead user research initiatives to gather insights that drive our design and prioritization strategy.
- Develop wireframes and low fidelity concepts to iterate on new product ideas quickly.
- Produce high quality design specifications that ensure our engineering team has clear guidance.
- Ensure that all design solutions align with business goals and technical feasibility.
- Contribute to the evolution of our design system and core components to ensure a consistent user experience.
Must-haves
- At least 2 years of experience in product or UX design, preferably with a focus on responsive web applications.
- Expertise in using Figma for design and prototyping.
- Practical experience conducting both generative and evaluative user research.
- A solid understanding of accessibility standards and how to implement them.
- Basic technical knowledge of HTML, CSS, and frontend frameworks.
- Fluency in English for effective collaboration across our international team.
