What you bring
We are seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Manager to work in a full-time, remote capacity. You will lead our digital and web strategies across our various brands, ensuring our online presence is as high-quality as our products. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Executing comprehensive omni-channel marketing strategies and managing digital advertising budgets across both cannabis and hemp platforms.
- Developing and implementing SEO strategies to boost organic search traffic while collaborating with creative teams to produce brand-aligned campaign assets.
- Managing and mentoring a Digital Marketing Associate while coordinating with internal teams and agencies to maintain best-in-class websites.
Requirements
The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with at least 5 years of experience in digital marketing, website management, and social media. You should hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. We value candidates who possess strong analytical skills and are proficient with essential tools like Google Analytics and various Web CMS platforms. You must have a proven track record in managing SEO, SEM, and email campaigns, along with a deep understanding of social media platforms. Experience with e-commerce and third-party listing sites is highly beneficial, and a genuine interest in the cannabis industry is essential for success in this role.
