At UPshow, we power the leading on-premise entertainment and performance marketing platform, helping brick-and-mortar businesses engage customers through branded digital networks. Since 2015, we have grown to reach audiences across more than 30,000 screens globally for major clients like Buffalo Wild Wings and Burger King, and we are looking for a creative Content Marketing Associate to help us continue this momentum.
Responsibilities
- Craft and implement content strategies that empower our sales team, including the production of case studies, presentations, and sales collateral.
- Produce high-quality blog posts and website copy to boost our organic search presence and brand recognition.
- Manage our company website to ensure all information remains current and optimized for our visitors.
- Oversee our social media presence by curating and creating content that fosters community engagement.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to develop product messaging, feature updates, and release notes.
- Execute email marketing campaigns using our SaaS tools while tracking performance to improve conversion rates.
- Monitor industry shifts and competitive trends to keep our marketing efforts innovative and effective.
Must-haves
- A Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in product or content marketing, specifically within the B2B SaaS space.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating your ability to write across various formats, from social media to long-form articles.
- Deep knowledge of SEO best practices, digital marketing principles, and performance analytics.
- Hands-on proficiency with tools like HubSpot, Webflow, Canva, and the Google Workspace suite.
- The ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive, results-oriented mindset and excellent communication skills.
- Availability to work from our Chicago office at least one day per week as part of our hybrid model.
