We are looking for a Senior Backend Engineer to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. At Find.co, we focus on building internal products that empower our company to scale quickly. You will be instrumental in developing analytics dashboards, leveraging AI to automate complex workflows, and integrating various platforms to ensure our systems run with maximum efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Design and maintain robust data pipelines and APIs that connect platforms like Slack, Jira, and GitHub to keep our data flowing smoothly.
- Manage and optimize our databases, utilizing both SQL and NoSQL solutions to ensure high performance and data integrity.
- Apply your expertise in Python and various frameworks to solve business challenges and drive operational innovation.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have a strong technical background and a passion for building scalable systems. We expect the following qualifications:
- At least 5 years of professional experience in software engineering, with a focus on web applications and APIs.
- Expert-level proficiency in Python, including a deep understanding of Object-Oriented Programming.
- Mid-level experience working with JavaScript and Node.js for backend development.
- Solid skills in managing relational databases with SQL, along with familiarity with NoSQL systems.
- A foundational understanding of front-end technologies, specifically HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
