About the Role
We are seeking a UI/UX Lead to join our team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will be the visionary behind our product interfaces, ensuring that complex cybersecurity data becomes intuitive and accessible for our users. You will work in a hybrid environment, collaborating closely with our engineering and product teams to refine our platform's usability and visual design.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end UI/UX design process, focusing on product management and interface strategy.
- Partner with our sales and frontend engineering teams to ensure your designs are implemented seamlessly.
- Conduct regular user interviews and translate those insights into actionable design improvements.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong background in product design and a passion for complex data systems. We require the following qualifications:
- Proven expertise in Figma for high-fidelity design and Webflow for development.
- Significant experience conducting user research and applying user-centered design principles.
- Strong skills in project and product management, particularly within environments involving AI and Big Data.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead effectively within a fast-paced, dynamic team.
- A deep interest in cybersecurity and a commitment to building interfaces that are as performant and usable as industry-leading tools.
