About the Role
We are hiring a UI/UX Lead on a full-time basis. In this position you will guide the visual and interaction design of our cybersecurity products, translating intricate data relationships into interfaces that feel as intuitive as everyday mapping or design tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UI/UX design and product-management activities for Cyberfame’s core platform.
- Partner daily with our Frontend Engineering and Sales teams to translate designs into production-ready features.
- Plan and conduct user interviews, synthesize findings, and turn insights into clear product decisions.
Requirements
- Extensive hands-on experience with Figma for high-fidelity interface design and Webflow for rapid development and deployment.
- Proven track record of user-driven product design, including conducting interviews and applying research insights.
- Strong project- and product-management skills within environments that involve Big Data and AI applications.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with the confidence to lead design efforts in a fast-moving startup setting.
- Deep interest in cybersecurity and a commitment to making complex systems feel simple and approachable.
- A growth mindset and prior experience in startups are essential.
Location
This role is based in Berlin, Germany and follows a hybrid work arrangement.
