Are you someone who constantly thinks about how to attract top talent and build high-performing interview teams? Do you have strong, evidence-based opinions on how to add real value as a talent acquisition professional in today's evolving tech landscape? If you are looking to join a well-funded, high-growth SaaS company that is defining the category of competitive enablement, Klue wants to hear from you. We are a team of builders who help other organizations understand their market and outmaneuver the competition, and we are currently looking for an experienced partner to help us scale our culture and our team.
What you bring
As a Mid-Level Talent Acquisition Partner, you will join our team in a full-time capacity, working in a hybrid model based in Canada. Your role goes beyond traditional recruitment, as you will act as a consultant to our hiring managers and the broader People team to support the entire employee lifecycle. You will be responsible for the following:
- Leading full-cycle hiring for our Sales and GTM teams to support our growth.
- Partnering with hiring managers to identify team needs and ensure they are equipped to assess top-tier talent.
- Managing special projects related to employer branding, organizational development, and process optimization.
Requirements
We are looking for a candidate who brings a consultative and people-first mindset to the table. You should have proven experience hiring for GTM-focused roles, such as Account Executives or Demand Generation specialists, ideally within a SaaS environment that has scaled significantly. You are a natural conversationalist who is quick on your feet, highly organized, and capable of prioritizing complex tasks. We value individuals who are comfortable with change and who are determined to find the best person for the job while ensuring every candidate has a positive experience. Proficiency in English is required, and you should be comfortable navigating tools like Lever, Sapling, and Pave.
What we offer
We believe in hiring amazing people and providing them with the autonomy and resources to do their best work. We offer a competitive salary and the opportunity to participate in our Employee Stock Option Plan. Our perks include:
- Hybrid work arrangements, with at least two days per week in the office.
- Flexible paid time off to ensure you can recharge and maintain a healthy work-life balance.
- Comprehensive benefits starting on your first day.
- Direct access to our leadership team and a collaborative, high-performing culture.
