The opportunity

As our Enterprise Workday Administrator, you will take the helm of our Workday platform. This is a senior, high-impact role where you will own the system from end to end. You will partner with our implementation vendors and internal leadership to guide the platform through its launch and into long-term operational success. We are looking for someone who sees beyond the technical settings and understands how to leverage this tool to drive organizational growth for years to come.

A day in the life

• You will oversee the configuration of our Workday tenant, managing business processes and system settings while leading the rollout of new releases and enhancements.
• You will act as the primary technical escalation point for complex system issues, providing guidance to our support teams and ensuring that challenging problems are resolved efficiently.
• You will spearhead our change control committee, working alongside stakeholders in HR and Finance to facilitate system decisions, manage vendor relationships, and ensure that every update is communicated clearly across the company.

Who you are

You are a seasoned professional with deep expertise in Workday administration and system configuration. You possess a strong background in change management and know how to navigate the complexities of vendor management to get the best out of our third-party partners.
