You will help us deliver elegant, scalable software that modernizes an industry long overdue for change. Three main responsibilities include scoping projects and designing system architecture for usability and growth, building full-stack solutions that bring modern technology to traditional finance, and creating user interfaces, message-queuing infrastructure, and streamlined operations from the ground up. This position is fully remote and open to candidates located Anywhere.
Requirements
You bring at least six years of experience building consumer-facing software products, including two or more years guiding the technical direction of engineering teams. You demonstrate expert-level skill in at least one backend language such as Ruby or Python, solid proficiency with the React framework, and strong command of modern databases, scalable API design, and delightful user interfaces. Familiarity with distributed systems built on Kubernetes, Docker, and GCP is essential. We value clear communication, collaborative problem-solving, and a genuine interest in improving financial wellness for everyday people. A bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred; relevant professional certifications are a plus. The working language of the team is English.
What we offer
The expected salary range for this position is $173,500 – $290,000 annually. In addition to competitive pay, we provide a flexible vacation policy, company equity, a 401(k) plan with matching contributions, 100 percent paid employee insurance coverage, an annual learning and development stipend, generous parental leave, and a sabbatical after five years of employment.
