Imagine being at the forefront of the decentralized web, where your code directly shapes the infrastructure of the future. We are a team dedicated to building open-source, blockchain-based software that powers the Web3 ecosystem. As one of the most respected organizations in this rapidly evolving space, we pride ourselves on tackling complex technical challenges that push the boundaries of what is possible. We are looking for passionate engineers to join our mission and help us build the bridges that connect the next generation of digital assets.
The opportunity
We are seeking a Mid-Level Software Engineer with a strong focus on Golang to join our remote team. In this role, you will take ownership of the full lifecycle of blockchain integrations. You will serve as a key technical contributor, bridging the gap between raw research and production-ready deployments. Your work will be instrumental in scaling our service layers and ensuring our infrastructure remains robust as we expand our support for new blockchain networks.
A day in the life
- You will manage the end to end integration of cutting edge blockchains, handling everything from initial research and node development to token bridging and system monitoring.
- You will collaborate closely with our leadership, fellow developers, and the wider community to ensure our integrations meet the needs of our users.
- You will design and build scalable, abstract components that allow our systems to grow sustainably as we add more blockchain support.
Who you are
You are a resourceful engineer who thrives in ambiguous environments and enjoys solving complex systems design problems. You communicate clearly in English and have a proven track record of working effectively within collaborative, product-driven teams. Specifically, you bring the following to our team:
- At least 4 years of professional software development experience, with a strong proficiency in Golang.
- Familiarity with technologies such as Rust, TypeScript, Solidity, and Postgres.
- A solid foundation in computer science principles and experience building distributed systems.
- A proactive approach to managing project dependencies, identifying risks, and communicating progress to stakeholders.
- Ideally, you have previous experience in the Web3 space, a history of contributing to open-source projects, and comfort working in a distributed, multi-time zone environment.
Why you'll love it here
We believe in building a team that can work from anywhere in the world. By joining us, you gain the freedom of remote work while contributing to a project that is highly regarded across the global blockchain community. You will have the chance to work on high-impact, open-source technology alongside some of the brightest minds in the industry.
