What you bring
We are seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to join our team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping our cloud infrastructure and engineering standards while working in a fully remote environment. Candidates for this position must reside in and be authorized to work in the US, Canada, or Brazil. Your core responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining and scaling our cloud infrastructure, DevOps tooling, and disaster recovery programs.
- Establishing reliable infrastructure patterns to support the launch of new product features.
- Writing code to automate operational processes and define our infrastructure as code.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should possess a strong background in AWS and experience managing multi-tenant software systems. We look for candidates who are proficient in Terraform, Docker, and Kubernetes, and who have a solid grasp of networking and cloud security. You should be comfortable automating tasks using Python or BASH and have experience building CI/CD pipelines. We value candidates who have worked in environments with Postgres databases and who understand compliance standards like SOC 2. Above all, we seek team members who are proactive, eager to learn, and capable of working effectively in an English-speaking, remote-first environment.
