At Render, we are building a powerful and intuitive cloud platform that enables users to host everything from simple static websites to intricate applications involving dozens of microservices. We provide the flexibility of traditional cloud providers while removing the complexity and maintenance burdens, allowing developers to focus on building great products rather than managing servers. We are a diverse, talented team currently serving tens of thousands of customers, and we are looking for a Senior Product Designer to join us in a full-time, remote capacity within the United States.
Responsibilities
- Develop and refine compelling narratives regarding product opportunities and user needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners in engineering and product management to design, prototype, and ship high-quality product improvements.
- Provide mentorship to other designers while actively contributing to the evolution of our design systems and workflows.
Requirements
- Possess 5 to 8 or more years of professional experience in product design.
- Demonstrate a background in building developer-focused tools, preferably within an early-stage startup environment.
- Maintain a strong focus on visual and interaction design, with a proven ability to transform ambiguous problems into clear, elegant solutions.
- Exhibit an independent work ethic paired with a collaborative spirit and a commitment to continuous feedback.
What we offer
